Chemical cleaning of sewage pipes

Apply either alkaline or acidic means. If they are combined, there will be a reaction that can worsen the condition of the pipes. Chemical agents are not suitable for cast iron pipes. For cleaning, most often liquid compositions are used. The procedure is as follows:

You can use baking soda and vinegar. Soda is poured into the pipe and poured with vinegar. The number of ingredients depends on the diameter of the pipe. • Rope with a handle - remove the siphon, the end of the rope is inserted into the pipe and twist the handle counterclockwise. Sometimes the cable is taken out to clean, and sent back into the pipe. After cleaning, the siphon is put back in place and hot water is poured into the pipe.

Hydrodynamic cleaning of sewage pipes

Special hydrodynamic equipment creates a powerful jet due to the work of the pump. Its spiral-shaped nozzle is introduced into the pipe. Due to the fact that it rotates, it quickly breaks through even tight clogs. Suitable for cleaning pipes with a small diameter of 5 cm, and large - 30 cm.
