The sink is an obligatory element of the interior of any bathroom, providing convenient hygienic procedures. Materials of sinks

For the manufacture of sinks today, a wide list of different materials is used. Their decorative qualities, resistance to mechanical impact and other operational properties depend on them. In general, products from the following materials can be found in the market:

• Sanitary faience. Represented by a large choice of shapes and colors, they have a relatively low cost and can serve for 30 years or more.
• Artificial stone. Sanitary ware from this material is made on the basis of acrylic compositions with the addition of quartz or marble crumb. It is characterized by resistance to impact and other mechanical effects, as well as chemicals. As a rule, such sinks are represented by recessed and overhead models.
• Porcelain. Material with minimal porosity, which ensures its complete neutrality to contact with water. Another important feature of this type of sinks is their perfect snow-white color.
• Tempered glass. This sanitary ware is represented by the richest choice of shapes and colors, can be overhead, recessed and suspended. Due to the use of technology of hardening, the washbasins keep their integrity in case of a strong impact. They do not need any specific care.

Also on the market, you can find models of stainless steel washbasins. However, they are not in particular demand, because they can only be appropriate in modern techno-interiors.

As for the form, the sinks are represented by round and square models, angular and other products. The most popular are rectangular washbasins. They are versatile and appropriate for all interiors, and the existing choice of sizes allows you to choose the best option for the room of any size.
