The first thing you should pay attention to is water. From the characteristics of the liquid directly depends on the final result. It is best to use purified bottled water. If this is not possible, there are several options to improve the properties of water:

- Run tap water until it is cold and fresh.
- Use spring water.
The second thing that affects the flavor and richness of tea is the brewing temperature, the duration of the procedure and the amount of brewing.
