It allows the epidermis to breathe freely, gets rid of excess moisture, prevents the reproduction of harmful bacteria. During jogging, the body activates all systems - this leads to profuse sweating. There is a need to remove moisture from the surface of the epidermis to the second layer of sports outfit.
The second layer guarantees thermal insulation, performs the function of the shell, protecting the body from a drop in temperature and warming it.
External protection is provided by special jackets, they are called windbreakers. They protect against adverse weather conditions.
To run in the fall and winter to buy a set consisting of a T-shirt, sweatshirt and pants. It is desirable to choose a jacket with a hood. Such equipment will come in handy in rainy weather.
